have movies that cant be able to burn, but i need a like a code decoder software. i heard of one, i believe its "crypter" something i cant remember it all.

its not illegal to make a personal copy of a dvd if you own it already. try DVDfab

I don't know for sure, but I have used http://www.123copydvd.com But maybe I have not tried to copy anything that is COPY-PROOF.

Of course, I did use it on a scratched DVD, so I was able to preserve a movie once. I was thrilled to be able to keep something that I bought.
