If there's more than one brand, which would you recommend? I was thinking of taking it for my cold.

i just get tablets of vitamin c at my drug store. in the vitamin isle. i don't think i have a fav. brand... anything works really... i just don't like that stuff you pour in your drink.. (i forget what it is called.. ) but yeah, that stuff is nasty!

There are many reputable & trusted brands nowadays. I think you can get Vitamin C easily in any pharmacies. If you want to cure colds, I would recommend Vitamin C with Cod Liver Oil or maybe Echnicea herbs. It helps you to recover faster. Good health!
