Yellow Tail is a good Australian wine- if you like white the Pino Grigio is good and if you like red, Shiraz is good.

Lots of really good answers here. I love Casa del Diablo from Chile. Someone recommended the Cab. I would also recommend the Merlot and the Chard they are quite good. Yellow tail Chard and Shiraz are nice as is Mirassou Pinot Noir. If you like Pinot Grigio try Cavit. Bolla makes a decent Chianti. Kendall Jackson of course is a good Chardonnay.

You should consider Goats do Roam wines from South Africa. They repeatedly get exceptionally good ratings despite their low price-- mainly because they are from South Africa and not France or Napa Valley.

Another good deal is to buy Heron wines. They are a virtual winery out of San Francisco-- they pick the best grapes from around the world and then contract the winemaking, making it much cheaper for the quality of the wine.

I lived in Missouri and discovered the Stone Hill Winery.
The prices listed here are winery prices.
You can find these wines also in Missouri grocery stores at a little lower prices.

ROSÉ MONTAIGNE
A semi-sweet Rosé, soft & mellow with a touch of sweetness & lovely floral aroma. Stone Hill's romantic wine. $8.49

PINK CATAWBA
Light, sweet and full of the famous Catawba flavor. Great after-dinner or dessert wine. $8.49

VIGNOLES
The jewel of Missouri white wines. This rich, semi-sweet wine, comparable to German Spatelase or Riesling, achieves rich complexity in the warm and sunny vineyards of Missouri. A perfect balance of natural sweetness makes it luscious with dessert or for sipping. $15.99
