Can I use a Quilt Cover for a down comforter?

I am looking at IKEA.com and I cannot find a duvet cover. Instead, the directed me to a bunch of "quilt covers." What is a quilt cover? And can I use it for my down comforter?

Those are duvet covers. I don't know if you've ever been to the store, but they're just like the zillion dollar covers from Macy's. They just call them quilt covers in Sweden.

Yes you can use a quilt cover for a down comforter. They are really nice to.
