I have tried white strips by crest and they work great. I have also used plus white that was good too, but do keep the product away from your gums because they will leave white spots and your gums will sting a bit, but the stinging and white spots do go away.

Yeah, it turns your gums white, but with the whitener I had, it only lasted about 10 minutes. I bought mine at Dollar General and it was called Dental White. Not the kind has a brush.

I have done it, and it didn't turn my gums white. Follow the instructions, but I think using the method all the time, makes minute holes in your enamel and therefore you find you must use it more and more often to get your teeth as white as they initially were.

Kinda habit-forming if not careful. Use only once in a great while...Wedding. Baptism...Funeral...Special date...Other...

i dont remember what kind i used. one of those crest things. it hurt my gums and turned them red and white. but the pain and white/redness was gone by morning. it was one of those "leave on for 10 minutes, take off for 10 minutes". it was a hour long process.

You should not drink, gargle or lick bleach, house hold chemicals or anything else. They are extremily toxic and may kill.

If you suspect that someone has swallowed house hold chemicals, call 911.
