3.8L. V6. Why does my engine idle erratically or lope at idle when cold and then run rough at idle when warm? IAC valve already replaced. Thanks.

Have you had the timing checked?
How about the EGR Valve?
I would check those out next.

Air filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires, cap and rotor, fuel filter, 02 sensor, pcv valve, breather cap, fuel fitler, oil and filter change.
$200 in parts if you DIY
$300 if you get high performance parts (highly recommended)

It may be something as simple as a fuel filter keeping good fuel flow to the injectors.
