ITS A SCAM!!! they had this letter up at my bank talking about these programs it is there way of getting your info at as lot of people have had problems! dont even try them out!! I got one from austrailia and the town that they were based in wasnt even real. If you go to www.bbb.com ( better business bereau) you can at least check them out to see if they have had problems!!!! Good luck!!

I dont think there is one and if you get a email from them
saying you won -but you didnt enter nor do you have a ticket
for it
its scam
