My ten year old has a rash on his face that's coming and going. Every time it comes back it's worse than the last PLEASE help. Note: Him having a brownish skin tone has had the area around his lips go white from licking them, but it is now cured.

Try benadryl lotion, but with any rash that won't stay gone you need to go to a doctor. He may need prescription strenght something or nother to fix it.

Doesn't sound like shingles. Shingles is herpes zoster and is very painful and scars the skin.

But it could be a dry skin rash or an allergic reaction to something.
The only way to find out is to have him seen by a doctor when he is broken out with it.

He could be allergic to things he is coming in contact with, touching or eating or even just being near him.

As a kid and even an adult he can develop allergies to things and its best for him to probably get allergy testing. I did that and found out I was allergic to alot of medicines i was taking for headaches such as asprin and ibueprofin and it was causing me to break out in a rash but we couldnt figure out why. So now I know and its good for him to go and and get tested.

I recommend putting antibacterial ointment on the rash on his face do not put it to close to his eyes or mouth put it on just before bed and make sure you rub it in pretty well!
Hope I helped

Sounds like he may have shingles (my cousin gets this once a year). Have him checked out by a Dr.
