Sweating is your body's way of cooling down. If you are sweating, you are losing water, and whether you are losing weight depends upon the reason for your sweating. If you are sweating due to exercise, then you are burning calories and losing weight. If you are sweating because you are sitting in a sauna, then you will probably not lose as much weight as if you were exercising.

Yes, temporarily; you are losing water weight, but that weight is quickly replaced when you drink fluids. So no, you are not losing weight permanently just from sweat, however, the activity that is causing you to sweat could also be helping you lose weight.

It kinda does....but it also means you are losing a lot of water through all that sweat...so make sure you drink extra water. the more water you drink the more hydrated you will feel and the easier the workout!

Not necessarily, it could just mean that you're hot, or that it's humid, or that you're sick.
