It is surprising that people are surprised that animals and some plant and pond life share a lot of DNA with us. What will be more surprising is if we cut some of them open and find hydraulic fluid in their veins

We are 80% carbon and 20% water, we do not share 38% of dna as a fruit.

We have a 97% similar to that or a monkey.
No wonder there so many wierdo's around.
