I tend to over think things a lot. What people say or do, I over think why they did it or said it. How to stop it?

You and I, we're just thinkers,Van. I wish I wasn't so sometimes, but in general, it's not too bad. You'll find out that you have a lot of insight and people listen to your opinions because they know that you have thought them over well before stating them.

As time goes by, you'll learn to ponder on the more relevant and tend not to sweat it with the mundane. I say, be thankful you're a thinker and not the opposite.

Stop overthinking by simply going with your first instinct or impression- just go with the first answer. You know what's right, so why second-guess?

Relax and go with the flow. Try to stay in the moment and speak your mind. Just try not to second guess.
