I have a five-minute teeth-brushing routine:
1. Floss
2. Use Anti-Plaque Before-Brushing Rinse
3. Brush with with toothpaste with whitening agent (Crest, etc.)
4. Rinse with Listerine with Anti-Tartar control

Does using the Listerine mouthwash wash away the whitening agent and prevent it from working? I know off-the-shelf whitening toothpaste does work miracles, but I haven't noticed much whitening after months of using it...

i might say attempt the crest white strips first, you do could touch up whilst the tooth start to get stained back in spite of the undeniable fact that it is not an a week sort of ingredient. The whitening chewing gum, mouth washes, and the teeth pastes are all in basic terms a waste of money. those are advertising gimics and don't do what they actually say they do. All they ought to realize this as to declare that, is the product has to do in basic terms a million on the flaws that the kit says. you would be an knowledgeable customer at the instant...anybody is in basic terms out to make rapid money, so perform a little getting to know. As for the undesirable breath....brush two times daily for @ least 2 minutes, floss daily, mouth washes help, & tongue brushing and scrapping. you may purchase a mix tongue brush/scrapper for decrease than $2....it extremely is a great investment and you will love the outcomes. The tongue gets a ton of nasty enhance on it and a variety of of alternative circumstances, you may no longer even tell in basic terms how lots there is...you would be surprised the 1st time you utilize it!

Honestly, I cant say if it does or doesnt, but I have been using whitening toothpaste and Listerine for about 4 months and I havent seen a difference either. Have you tried calling your dentist and asking one of the nurses?? They should probably know, since Im sure you arent the only one wondering that. If ya find out, lemme know too! Good luck, hun!
