Cardio and a battery of core exercises.
Crunches will not work by themselves. They only tone a portion of your abdominal muscles. You need to do other exercises in addition to crunches and sit ups to make sure you are hitting all of your stomach muscles.
That being said, these will not burn fat. You can have the most tone abs in the world... no one will see them if there is a layer of fat between them and the skin. The only answer is cardio. It burns the fat (and the extra corisol... Relacore won't burn it - cardio will), and is the ONLY thing that will.
Good luck.

If you run at least 3 times a week and do at least 100 crunches per day, in about 2 weeks you should see a difference. Try to do 50 cruches when you wake up in the morning and then 50 before you go to bed. Also, reduce the amount of sugar and carbs you consume.

A mixture of cardio, toning, and a healthy diet. Cardio gets rid of fat, while situps/crunches tone the stomach muslces. Sit ups alone don't work b/c if there is a layer of fat there (which you get rid of through cardio exercise), it doesn't matter how strong the ab muscles are. By eating nutritious foods/watching calories you will ensure you don't gain more weight.
