I am trying to lose weight the right way, smaller portions, healthier food, exercise. What foods are best to help boost metabolism? Also what helps to motivate you to exercise (besides wanting to drop the pounds or be healthy)? I love to exercise but find I have a hard time just motivating myself to start every day - chronic fatigue may be the culprit there.

I look forward with great eagerness to the answers!! Right now i would say....protein gives me energy...but TOO much can hurt your liver. Sugar lifts me up and throws me down!
