I was wondering whether Big Macs or whoppers have perservatives and other stuff in them. I mean I know they have bad fat and trans fat but what about perservatives?

Some common preservatives and their primary activity

Sulfites,
Sodium Nitrates found in cured meats.
Propionic Acid Kill Molds in Bread, Cakes, Cheeses
Sorbic Acid kills Molds in Cheeses, Cakes, Salad Dressing
Benzoic Acid kills microbes in Soft Drinks, Ketchup, Salad Dressings

Im not sure about mcdonals I bleeive mcdonalds does. But burger king im pretty sure dosent. Burger king uses 100% beef pattys with american cheese and everything else is all natrual the like the tomatos are cut right there. so are th oniones. only perservitives and stuff prolly from the katchup and mustard and mayonase. but most burger kings have a chart with everything about all there food. you should ask for the chart. :).

I think Mcdonalds does because I used to react to everything I ate there. Even their burgers. I would get a serious rash break out around my neck. n
