Yes, my doctor, who specializes in preventive medicine, analyzed all vitamin brands in the market and recommended that I take the GNC one called Ultra Mega Gold. Just one a day has been doing the job for me. Gives me all I need. But I also have to eat healthy off course. Pills are not magic, just a supplement to what may be lacking in the nutrition. Staying away from harmful stuff is VERY important.

I buy Centrum Performance and love them. Actually, I buy the Walmart or Walgreen's generic equivient of the Centrum and save a bundle.
