I have never touch any kind of crap but I guess it is hot because of body heat.

everything in your body is at body temp, at least 98.6. Often your core temp is up to 5 degrees higher than that. In fact, thats why when its cold, you often have the urge to pee, so your body doesn't waste then energy warming it.
