I just need this information in making a pump performance curve.

Not sure exactly what you are asking.

1Watt=1joule/second. If you asking strictly a math question you need to know how many joules are in a mL of gasoline. There are 32MJ/gallon of gas. That'll need converted to j/mL.

If you are using an engine that burns gasoline to drive a pump then you need to know the efficiency of the engine and pump to determine how much work you are getting out of the pump per mL of gasoline you are burning.
