You have two choices
A. Call him a Wanker and laugh about it
or
B. Act like it never happened and go on as before.
I'd go for option B, just because I'd be more comfortable with that.

I've done this a few times growing up and I just never mentioned it and acted normal. Once a friend brought it up and I said, "It's ok, there's nothing to worry about, nothing has changed and lets just pretend I didn't see anything"

Knock next time and announce you're coming in after he answers.
It happens , just apologize and back out of the room and busy yourself with a magazine or a book until he reappears.
