they will ask about your family history, any female relatives with cancer, any lumps youve found, any nipple discharge or pain.

It depends...
If you are going for a mammogram then they will do the test and I am not sure if they develop them right htere or not.
If so ask what they see?
If they see any lumps...ask if the lump is mobile/movable...(if it is then it is most likely a cyst)
Ask if the border is irregular or jagged...a sign of breast cancer.
Breast cancer has a great survival rate...95percent of people diagnosed will beat it.
The only type that is hard to beat is inflammatory and you would know if you had that..the breast would be super senstive, sore, swollen, and scaley.
With treatment breast cancer is very easy to get rid of.
So relax...and just wait to see.
Most of the time they do a biopsy on the lump if you ahve one to test it as well. And they will also test surrounding lymph nodes.

im not a doctor, but a doctor will do breast examination, if there's no palpable lymph nodes or cysts, the next step is mammogram and if an actual cyst or tumor is found..they will do biopsy. sometimes there's an open area that's draining..or some dimpling on the surface of the breast and they say its a telltale sign that it is cancer

i dont think they ask any other questions then normal, i think they just feel the area and will be able to tell you
