it is salt... and it makes you hold water so it makes you bloated

Sodium is a mineral. The main dietary source of sodium is common table salt (sodium chloride), which is 40% sodium and 60 chloride, but regular unprocessed foods contain natural sodium as well. Meat, fish, poultry, eggs, milk and cheese all contribute sodium.

Sodium is just simply SALT and any of its many forms. The more salt you have, the worse off you are.

sodium is salt.it inhances the flavor of food,but too much of it isnt good for you.it can raise your blood pressure if you use too much of it.but your body needs a certain amount of it.
