When I wanted to take off my baby weight, I stopped eating breakfast and lunch. Instead, I had a snack every 3 hours. I chose an apple, nonfat yogurt, spinach salad, etc. You get the idea. Small sensible snacks that would hold me over. Then, at dinner, I just ate a normal dinner w/o a lot of carb and no desserts. I also would never eat past 6:30 pm. It worked for me and it was easy and cheap! Best of luck!

more fruits, veggies, fish, wholegrain foods, cut out processed foods as much as possible. cut out soda- even diet, drink a lot of water, i have heard that you are supposed to drink 8 oz of water before every meal it helps to make you feel full. don't eat after 7 pm. eat several small meals a day. at the same time every day if possible. i know several people that went on atkins diet and got sick by the way.

My daughter is 10 months. I have lost 70 lbs following the Atkins plan. The first two weeks are really difficult but they are definitely worth it. Good Luck and congratulations on new new little one.
