Here I am about to turn 26 years old, and women still confuse me. Ok stupid basic question. It is fair to assume that if your talking to a girl in a social setting and eventually ask for her number and she gives it to you, that she is at least somewhat interested am I correct? I mean, I am a guy, and if i did not want to give someone my number I would either come up with an excuse or give them a fake....

Yes, she likes you and is at least interested in getting to know you a little better, so get your stuff together, know what you want to say before you call (i.e ask out on a date, friends thing at movies, Starbucks, just get to know you conversation....what ever) and call the girl. But no matter what happens, no matter how bad you think the conversation went or even how great..........be yourself and have fun! Life is too short for anything ells. Good luck!
