Emeril's Essence is such bullshit. to quote Bourdain "that Ewok like Emeril" will sell his soul to make a buck. I can pretty well guarantee you that you have everything in your kitchen cupboard that's in his essence. it's all just conveniently combined in one convenient bottle for you. same goes with the seasoned salt. just a lame way to get you to buy a product. You don't need that stuff. You've probably already got it.

I haven't tasted either but I hate Emeril so much that I am willing to give Lawry's the benefit of the doubt. Go for the Lawry's.

It depends on what you like. Emeril uses a lot of flavor from New Orleans (cajun country) and Lawry's is a true classic..... you can't go wrong with it!

lawry seasonings is the best it wake up the flavor in your food and make it taste ssooooooooo good give it a try.

I use Lawry's on everything! Eggs, Fries, Burgers, Steaks.. It;s the best.
put the lawrys seasoning and oregano on french fries and you got greek fries! mmm...

baked potatoes, in scrambled eggs ... i use it as a salt substitute but im partial i love the stuff if you cook try it to season meats and veggies too
