I wouldn't say so...it has lots of protein in it! The worst thing would be the sodium.
Personally, I consider 'junk food' to be surgery things (cookies, candies, etc). I think your OK :)

i think you can eat it in moderation, but not too much because it's high in salt!! it's pretty good for you, lots of protein. have a happy lent! that's a hard sacrifice!
