You're not alone to feel this way. You have to learn to make time for yourself and use this time to relax. If you think you don't have enough time to spare. Turn off the TV. It adds stress to your life (believe it or not). How so? If you watch TV late at night, it affects the quality of your sleep, which influences how much your body can recover from your day's stress.
Reduce the amount of time you spend on the phone. Most of it can wait until you talk to that person face to face.
Plan your activities. For example, if you have a project due in a month, make a plan for when you will have each part of it done by. Don't wait until the last minute.
Here is a very good site that explains on to deal with financial, family and personal stress.

I went through that when i was about to graduate from college. What i found helped, was to have a little time each day, like at least a half hour. No matter what i still had to do, no matter who called, no matter what; i would take that time to do something completely for me. Take a half hour and give yourself a pedicure. Ignore ALL phone calls during your time. Don't even look at the caller id to see who it is. If it's important, they'll leave a message and you can call them back. If your mental health is suffering, so will everything else in your life. Take care of you first. Ask for an extension on a project of two at school. Let your teachers and family know that you're a little overwhelmed, and you could use a little slack at the moment. They should understand. Everyone goes through spells where things get to be too much. To avoid a "snap" make sure you are still grounded and focused, not running around like a chicken with it's head cut off. Good luck!

Sounds like you have a general anxiety disorder. Which I have had in the past and am now on meds that make me normal. It is a chemical imbalance that can be restored by the right anti-depressant. Docs don't know if the Depression comes first or the worring causes depression.. Who cares? You need to visit your doctor and let him prescirbe a med for you. It took me 2 tries to get on the right med, and then it took 6 weeks to be TOTALLY worry free over the things that I should not be concerned about.

medical marijuana is the only thing i found that completely relaxes me, makes me feel happy and think clearly. if you can get some medical weed, do it. the medds that psychiatrists prescribe are mostly poisons that have many side effects. mainstream society and government wants to keep people stressed out and driven, for several reasons. they want people to be focused on making money and financial success, to keep us from relaxing and looking inside ourselves. they don't want people who think for themselves, they want us to be under control at all times, and to do that, they need to keep people stressed out, or just numbed with medication. medical weed, if used for stress, will help you relax, think more clearly about things, and find the happiness inside yourself. you may be able to do this without marijuana, but, in extreme cases, that's the best thing. you do not owe anything to society, you do not need to respect society, you don't need society. society is very sick and wrong. don't try to solve problems by listening to mainstream society, because they are the ones who ****** you up in the first place.
