i forgot to mention that i have 2 kids and a full time job that is 45min away so i drive about 1hr30 a day

Eat Lots of fruits & veggies & drink plenty of water!! Don't give up if you don't loose anything, just try harder! Swimming is a great excercise, it strengthen muscles & its relaxing & enjoyable! Go on walks in the morning/afternoon with a friend or your dog/a neighbors dog. Park farther away. Purchase a pedometer (about $5-15 at Target) and aim for 10,000 steps. Go out of your way to do something, like if someone needs something from upstairs, volunteer to do it. Every step counts!!! Best of luck & cheers!!
