a sane goal would be 8-10% of your body weight...research suggests that is the most a person can successfully keep off, long-term...so this would be 12-15 lbs for you, or just over a pound a week...make sure you drink lots of water, and get lots of fruit and veggies...starvation diets always backfire...Also, if you are exercising, (especially with weights), you may lose inches while not necessarily losing pounds...but who cares if your clothes fit better? The more muscle you build, the speedier your body will metabolize fat, and that is a good thing...

Probably about 25-30 pounds, concidering you loose about 2-3 pounds a week. Excercise, Excercise, Escercise!!!!!!!!! every step counts! Eat lots of fruits & veggies, try not to snack too much!!
