I'm trying to save money and hate the cost of going to go get waxed. Any homemade ones that WORK and not just make a sticky mess that doesn't remove ANYTHING??

please help thanks

You can do the wax at home, but it hurts worse. A good brand (has been around forever) is Dorothy Gray. Buy a cheap pan specifically for this purpose (so you can keep reheating it), and use a tongue depressor to apply it. Apply it as thinly as you can and be sure it is completely hardened before removal. Ouch.

I usually go to the salon at JC Penneys - it's clean, relatively inexpensive and it doesn't hurt as much as the do-it-yourself.

Waxing in a salon is worth every dollar!
Try it at home and you'll never do it again.....IT HURTS!
You will have wasted more $$$ on the supplies you will have bought and only used once!

I'm not really a fan of home waxing, I think that type of thing should only be done at the salon. but i have heard of something called Nad's, not sure if it works. Good Luck...........

They used Duct-tape in a movie to remove hair. I have even used duct-tape to remove splinters and metal slivers from my hands. The stuff is amazing.
