Why wait? You arent getting any younger so make your move while you can.
I don't know why guys ask this question when it has such a simple answer! Just do it!!
You might like the experience and If you dont make your move now, you might not get the chance.
You probaly still in either Middle School or High School so catch up with her in the halls at school, bring up a topic or the occasional, "How's life?" and ask her out to a movie on a date.
If she says yes, then she obviously likes you, and if she rejects you, get over it and move on.
Its actually not as hard as it seems to ask a girl out, just do it and stop stressing over it!! Its pretty simple once you do it.
