he was living with his sister and her new boyfriend.the 14 yr old says it was her uncle that did it,she is now 6 months pregnant.he has just been caught,how would police find out if he is guilty.CPS came 2 house did investigation but should they have made new boyfriend leave home? and maybe test him because the family suspects him also because he is suspicious.would they get dna from uncle,the baby and 14 yr old to determine who did it?the mother is making her daughter go thru adoption since it was to late for a abortion but she doesnt want to press charges on her brother & send him 2 prison for fear of embarrasment and shame in the family and community.she didnt even want the police involed.my girlfriend called CPS after a week had passed and they got police in it.maybe CPS will press charges.he cant go unpunished.is she crazy or what?or maybe she thinks deep down it could be her new boyfriend.hhhmmmm???thats why she wasnt so eager 2 get police involved.....hhhmmm????

It sounds like she made a mistake to have sex with him and is just trying to have the baby and go on with her life. Though what he did wasn't right and possibly illegal, it sounds like she was ready to have sex and knew the consequences. He just didn't pull out or use protection. I say leave the situation be. Let him live his life and let her live her life. We all make mistakes but not everyone belongs in jail.

I agree with all of your statements on this subject. This is a complicated situation. All of this should be questioned.
