Question about 8th grade track & field?

What would be an reasonable goal for an average, female, 8th grade track runner for the 100m dash? (As in nothing totally outstanding, but good enough to be on the track team without embarassing themselves.)

13 seconds or less would be good for an 8th grade girl.....

well tell you this do alot of training because if you don't go to sam brannan middle school and you go to another middle school no matter how hard you train ya'll never win anyway
