I can't find any nutrition values on the noodles and the package separately. I'm most of the carbs/calories come from the noodles, but I'm not sure how much.

Its probably the same as a boullione cube....check the back of those. Its pretty much nothing but sodium.

If it contains monosodium glutamate [MSG, or 621] throw it away, and use low salt soy sauce. If it says the noodles contain vegetable oil, it is probably cheap palm oil, which is a saturated fat, and therefore unhealthy, so I would then look for an alternative.

I'm pretty sure there is almost no nutrition in these packets. They are mostly salt and spices.

like...none its almost all sodium i think around 60% of a 2,000 calorie diet. try caloriecounter.com

you can find the nutritional info because there is none....alll sodium......garbage
