There is this girl that I like and I can sense she likes me because we talk on instant messenger alot, we text one another alot. If we dont meet up she gets upset that she didnt get a chance to see me. Recently I asked her to be my date to my formal that I have, she said yes. Me and her decided like a long time ago that we didnt want a relationship with anyone at all at that time. And now I feel that things are changing that I have strong feelings about her bc I like her more than a friend. Whenever something is wrong or if she needed help she calls me. Does she like me a lot? Would she be my girlfriend? How can i find out, what can i do or say? Thanks

It sounds like you are ready for the next level for a relationship, however approaching her the wrong way could ruffle her feathers if she is not ready. Tell her that you think your friendship has grown over the last couple of months/weeks etc and that you are wondering how she is feeling about that? This encourages her point and you can usually feel it out from there. If she beats around the bush she may not be ready. Tell her that you are really enjoying the friendship and she can call you anytime, its the being there that she needs to hear. You tell her that you are or would be interested in being her boyfriend if she is ready and if not, its ok you have all the time in the world because if you love someone you have the rest of your lives together, so take your time and make sure she knows that you are there for her as a friend and/or the next level of the relationship, but only if she feels ready for it. This gives her an out if she feels the need to just be friends for a bit longer and she will love the fact that you have/will be always there for her. Take care and enjoy, Heather

I think she considers you more of a friend than a bf because she would call her best friends when ever something is wrong. I don't think she would call on her bf and tell her boy friend about her personal feelings. Well, just ask for how she feels and ask her to be honest also. Or ask your best friend for some better advice that would fit for you.
