yes i hav tried lose and snooze. it kinda worked in a way. it depends on the way you look at it. but your jus sleeping your life away if your talking about sleeping a lot while trying to lose weight. i slept a lot but cos i didnt feel lik excersing i felt really bleh. ugh. lik crap and lik i was gonna pass out. and i didnt lose that much cos i wasnt excersing and moving out lik most people do.

yes, penelope cruz has done this and i got the idea from her. she also claims that she gets 12 hours of sleep. i did this and i lost LOTS of weight. i was amazed at how simple it was, whenever i got hungry (since i didnt want to OVEREAT) i just went to sleep. its kinda relaxing, too. when i woke up i was kinda hungry but i ate a breakfast bar to get some nutrients
