That's not hard, just stay away from dairy and most sugars and eggs. There are bakeries that have specialized breads you can request, there's plenty of crackers and noodles and rice. It's all about learning to read the packages. It's a pain at first but the alternative isn't so great. Anything like raw veggies and fruit of course, go to town. Eat meat of course, and it sounds like you should stay away from processed meat. Look up the South Beach diet for ideas on recipes. They lean away from sugars and starches, and apparently so should you. Plus, it sounds like you may be able to tolerate honey for a sweetener, or possibly splenda which on the ingredient list is the same thing as sucralose. When I had to tweak my diet I found a great love of mexican food and stir frys because they're filling and tasty, easy to make, easy to find, and something you can eat in a group without having to explain yourself.

You can't have dairy products, egg, sugar, or wheat?
Rice, vegatables, fruit, or er....potatoes.
Fruit and veggies with dip is healthy and nutritious.
Tofu is great sauteed, especially with potatoes and stuff like garlic and oninion.
Rice can be prepared quite literally millions of ways.Or even with just soysauce.
Crakers and peanut butter is good, as is crackers by itself. But not very filling.
You can eat meats, as far as I can tell . Chicken, steamed in water with spices and herbs is great and healthy.

How about a sweet potato (or regular potato).
My favorite thing to do with sweet potatoes is slice into steak-fry pieces, sprinkle with olive oil and curry powder and cumin and cloves, and bake at about 425 for 25 minutes.
