I am just getting over my credit problems that i have suffered for several years now. NO ONE told me the horrors of getting credit cards at 18! I digress; i feel its time for me to treat myself to something nice. Granted my credit is not perfect, but its decent. So with that I would like to get a new car, perferably a sports car. These are my top 3 choices! What is the best for the money, the dependability, and of course the long haul? My eyes are telling me the 2-seater convertables, but my head is telling me a hardtop...

From my reading none of those cars would be the top pick. If you need a new car the Honda Civic is great. It is fun to drive. No convertible though. The civic is reasonably priced too.

The Honda S2000 is the one I would like to have if I wanted a two seater. But you'll have to settle for a used one if you don't have $30 grand sitting around.

I would say Pontiac Solstice, Good Middle Class Car,
If you can pay for a Chrysler Crossfire I would suggest it.
Leasing is a good way to get a Good Sporty, Luxury Car.
Need anymore info just ask me, I got the info on cars lol, luv em.

I love the sky and the solstice but you better sit in them first before you make a decision, I'm 6 foot and 200 lbs. and I was cramped in the solstice once the door was closed, I doubt if the sky has any more room but I sure love the looks of those cars.

Ok, forget about the Tiburon first. It's a horrible car. I owned one. They have no resale value, AND they fall apart easy. Now I'm extremely happy with my Subaru WRX. If you really have a choice, go with that. I picked my 03 up for right at $17,000 with 38k miles. It's turbo charged, AWD, and a sedan which saves you a little bit on insurance. If you can afford the STi, more power to ya! New it'll run about $36k. For that, you get 300 hp, AWD, manual, 0-60 in 4.9 seconds, quarter mile times of 14 seconds. Fast little sedan AND you have the sleeper look.

I'd get the SKy since it looks the best. Same car as the Solstice anyways.

Its the same car as the Solstice, but I like the Sky's styling better.

seriously if you are just getting over credit issues a sports car isn't what you need. It's only going to make it worse. Get a 2 door car thats non- sporty.

all the cars you mentioned are not what I would consider a sports car but to each his own anyway also take into consideration the insurance costs more than likely the convertable will have the highest
