Paypal doesn't send you any money. They're just an agent and are not required to send you anything for tax purposes unless you have one of their interest bearing accounts in which case you'll get a Form 1099-INT if the interest is over $10.00. You have a full record of all transactions on your Paypal account so if there are tax implications for any of the funds you've got some records right there.
