The trinity is not a false god, because the trinity is not a god, it's a doctrine. The trinitarian doctrine is false, and God is not triune. He is ONE GOD, and THAT'S IT.
To answer your initial question if any of the writers of the Bible believed that Jesus was God... NOT ONE, NOT A SINGLE ONE.
The only "proof" for the trinity doctrine is the Comma Johanneum, which is false, of course.
1 John 5:7 (New King James Version)
For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one.
The Comma is an ADDITION to the Bible, it was INSERTED no earlier than the 10th century. Sooo, the only biblical proof is actually biblical junk.
There is no trinity. God is ONE.
THAT'S IT.

John 1:1 is rather clear.
"In the beginning, the Word existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God."
In the Greek, so you can see that it says what it means (transliterated):
"En arche en ho Logos, kai ho Logos en pros tonTheon, kai theos en ho Logos."
Additionally, there are many times where Jesus said of Himself that He was God. He applied the name of God, "I AM," to Himself in several passages. Here's a few examples: Matthew 14:27, Mark 6:50, Mark 13:6, Luke 21:8, John 4:26, John 6:20, John 8:24, 28, 58, and John 13:19. There are several others I have not listed. Besides this, Jesus said that He & the Father were one (John 10:30). This describes a unity, even though there are two. (Note, the I AM passages I referred to are from the Greek, as the English translations often mistranslate I AM for "It is I" or "I am He," to allow for readability.)

It is not wise to take Scripture out of context - if you continue to read that passage, he clearly teaches that Jesus is God. Scripture teaches that Jesus is God and Jesus is Man - He is both and the only being in existence that can say that. Have you not read Paul's writings on the subject? If you intend to build a Doctrine from Scripture at least do it within the context of entire Biblical teaching and not something pulled apart by itself. It always reminds me of the 4 blind men feeling the elephant and trying to describe the whole creature - so it is with those who try to explain away God using bits and pieces of His Own Word.

Jesus is the son of God, and the bible said it, and he is a god because his father is a god, like you are american because you father is american but that doesn´t mean that you and you father are the same person you look similar to your father in different manners but definitly you are not your father, Jesus told in John 14:28 his father is the powerful than him, dont use 1 john 5:7 that said three persons are in heaven if you look in several catholics respectul bibles you will see that these part of the biblie was added 1700 years ago, in Africa but wasn´t written by apostle John, is a false statement, in greek manuscript in the vatican it doesn´t said it, go to a library a verify the information.

John is the best example. He records Jesus' statements referring to His own deity as the Son of God. The doctrine of the Trinity attempts to demonstrate in which senses God is one and in which senses He is three.
One more thing: Please don't naively follow the historical revisionists, who ignore so much data from the first few centuries of the church to claim that the doctrine wasn't a part of Christian belief for "many centuries." Such people aren't being honest with the material that's there. Thanks.

Yes, all the apostles and all the Old Testament believe that Jesus is God. I beg to differ with you about knowing the Bible. The Bible is very clear about who Christ is. If you chose not to believe that than fine, but as for me I am sticking with Christ.

John refers to Jesus as divine over 40 times in the 4th Gospel.
Matthew's "Great Commission" includes the "names" of the 3 "persons." This is not an explicit statement, but lends much credibility to the theology.
Paul expressly calls him "God." Titus 2:13 That’s how we should live as we wait for the blessed hope God has given us. We are waiting for Jesus Christ to appear in all his glory. He is our great God and Savior.

You REALLY need to get educated on what the Bible says BEFORE you display your ignorance of it...
LEARN THE SCRIPTURES PAL.......
"...CHRIST JESUS...who being in the FORM OF GOD, thought it not robbery to be EQUAL WITH GOD: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross."
(Philippians 2:5-8)
" In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word WAS God. .....And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us". John 1
" I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the Ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, The ALMIGHTY." - Jesus (Revel.1:8)
" He that has see me has seen the Father" - Jesus (Jn. 14:9)
" In Him is the fullness of the Godhead bodily".(Col. 2:9)
" Believe thou not that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself, but the FATHER THAT DWELLS IN ME....." - Jesus (John 14:10-11)
" I and my Father are one"- Jesus
" Before Abraham was, I Am".- Jesus

I have always found it difficult to believe in the Trinity.
And I've heard all of the pros and cons. When Jesus was baptized God said " this is my son in whom I am well pleased ".That to me speaks volumes. My mother who is Pentecost said it's complicated to understand and in time I will but I've read nothing to convince me to believe that Jesus was God incarnate. Thanks for the verse!
