only talk about things that are interesting to the person giving the presentation. split the presentation up into sections and then put them in an order where the answer from one section has to lead to the next section. this makes it harder to forget what comes next. also leaving out things which are boring or hard to remember helps. then practice with the main points written largely in order on index cards, one point to a card. have the student practice looking at the cards, with the cards but only looking when neccessary, then without the cards entirely. this should cement the order of topics to be discussed and help with not forgetting certain parts. also if one part needs more practice than others, stop and practice that part, then restart from the beginning to help show how the part should be done and then how it should flow from the previous part.

Make note cards, Make an interestinging diagram, or a video. What also would work is a powerpoint presentation but make sure to explain each slide because powerpoint shows are pretty dull if you just give the hard fact. Trust me.
