cuz ma sis has suffered from acne for like 3 years now i know some people have had it for more and i really wanna help her and i could tell she has low self esteem from acne and she has tried almost everything so please leave your answers thank you so much

Proactive does not work at all, I have bought many different products from my 2 daughters the only product that truly worked was bee-luscious cosmetics medicated acne treatment line the products are awesome and they last a long time, the initial investment is like 195.00 for 8+ products and they last almost a year so its worth it.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.

I think the question should be what works better for your budget. Laser is definately good but bad for the wallet. Proactiv and acne free are virtually the same and provide decent results while light on the wallet. another alternative is natural treatments such as acnezine or clearpores which are good for the skin and easy on the wallet.
