it could be "El se murio" or "Ella se murio" if you want to say that he/she died, or...
"El/ella ya se murio", if you want to say that he/she already died, or....

Best fit: El/Ella se ha muerto.

It needs to have the "se" in it (because it is a reflexive verb).

The polite way is to say el/ella ha fallecido - or - el/ella fallecio (with the accent on the o).

Another, less formal way is to say el/ella ha muerto - or - el/ella murio (again with an accent on the last o)
