Well, if you really want it. Just think about it a lot first! It is hard to get your hair back to blonde once it is brown.
And, I had blonde hair and wanted it to be light brown, well the hair salon dyed it and it turned out being redish/copper (well, ugly.) So be sure to describe (or buy, if you're doing it at home) exactly what you want.
I personally think blonde is a very pretty color, and I miss my bright blonde hair, so be sure your desicion is really what you want...& get some of your friends and familys opinions!
Hope I helped =D

If you're willing to take a little risk you should go for it. My hair was naturally light blonde and I just dyed it dark reddish brown with a lot of pale blonde highlights on the top layer. I love it! But it all depends on your skin tone, eye color, the shape of your face, etc. Without seeing a picture of you it's hard to say. But personally I like being brunette a lot better than blonde!

Do what your gut says. If you get tired of it you can alway strip it and find a color that best matches your natural color. Although I would wait at least a month before you do the stripping. I've fried my hair before.
Or try one of those semi-permanent dyes. They don't come out as fast as the boxes say but they do fade quicker than permanent dyes.
Just be careful of any tones with red in it. It's very hard to get it out. I bleached my hair twice with "ultimate maxi blonde" and the red was still there. I was a strawberry blonde.

I thought the same thing when I was in my teens. It wasn't that I hated my hair, far from it, I simply wanted a change. I quickly changed my mind when I found out that when I was ready to go back to my natural color, my hair would have to be stripped and even then would probably still bear a faint stain until it all grew out...I didn't want to have to chop off the messed up bits, I'm kind of attached to long hair.

I had blonde hair and i felt like i was sick of it and wanted to change it, and i started off by using semi-permanent to see if i like the color. You should use semi-permanent first and if you think you're gonna like it then you can dye it with permanent or just keep using semi. Just remember, it's really hard to get back to blonde after you dye it a dark color.
