No connection!
The Orange war was between France and Holland around 1700(Reason of the war: commercial activities and tax from colonies) with some help coming from the England to support French. Check William III from Orange to have more informations.
The only relation with Italy was that the grandfather of William III was a son from Maria dei Medici.
