Avi is way better quality than wmv .... but, use Google Search, Type in: "How To Convert Avi Files To Wmv Format"

I use Camtasia Studio www.techsmith.com to do most of my video work. It can take AVI files and produce them to multiple outputs (SWF, FLV, MOV, RM, WMV, etc.). It might be more than you need and it is around $300.

Well it depends on if your willing to pay, or wanting to be cheap :P.. If you want to go the cheap (free) route ... www.videora.com is your best bet.. how ever if your willing to pay a few bucks then the Cucusoft converter is for you (not sure exact site just google it :P)
