you cannot force someone to love you. he obviously likes you the way you are since you've been on a few dates so why change. just keep on being yourself

NOT tell him how you feel. that will almost certainly have him running for the hills at this early stage. i agree with the person who suggested playing A LITTLE hard to get. less is more...read "men are from mars, women are from venus" (by john gray/grey i think) and dare i say "the rules" (this is a chick-book designed for women to ensnare and keep their wealthy husband, very cynical and as a man i hate it but can see why it works, if all women had read the rules i would jump in the canal immediately)
regarding being yourself...a more effective slant on that is "be true to yourself" know your strengths and weaknesses.

any relationship, in particular a new one is like a set of scales and whoever thinks they are in the driving seat will have the lesser desire, ie if he feel you are putty in his hands he may get bored and seek a new challenge...however, if he feels he is doing the chasing, he will more likely stay keen, of course take this too far and he will assume you are not interested in him and that could be game over...it must be fun for both parties, and again, if that turns into game-playing, can turn bad. keep things in perspective and dont place too much importance on things just yet, enjoy the present moment. reading those books can only be helpful, but dont follow anything to the letter if it goes against your principles of course (be true to yourself- again!)
knowledge is power!
hope this helps
good luck

You can never "make" anyone like you.You can fool someone into liking someone you are not, but where is the joy in that. That's not to say that you can't improve your self. Work on developing some weak points: conversational skills, self-esteem issues, bossy behavior, whatever.

surprise him in various things....a women who says yes,OK,i don't mind can be cute for only little amount of period then it becomes like when your mother sent you shopping with your little sister.if he says something you don't agree with disagree we love a women who is confidently submissive only 70% of the time....
demonstrate you role to be by your present actions(don't beat him or something)...have a distinguishable character
an relax if you behave like you have an objective everytime you meet him you won't generate anything.

Play a little hard to get. Not a lot, just a little. He'll be too busy hunting you to do anything else.

You can't 'make' anyone do anything.

Just be sweet, thoughtful and fun to be around. If he gets a positive vibe from you, he'll feed off of it.

Just be yourself and don't force him to love you. It should happen most naturally.
