Yeah, because I'm a little shy around guys I like, even though I'm pretty outgoing with both my guy and girl friends. I think asking questions helps break the ice and doesn't give you that akward silence of, "Oh damn! What do I say now?" type of thing. But leave her some room to answer and talk back and conversate with you too. Great question!
Good luck! ;-)
Are you going on a date sometime soon? ^_^ Whose the lucky lady, lol.

Well, you want to make her feel comfortable, but not make it seem like your imposing in on her life. Ask questions, but not an overwhelming amount. Cuz for one if I was on a first date I wouldn't know what to talk about or anything! So you mite wanna try to start conversations alot. Just dont ask or talk anything personal yet.

Okay now, don't scare the poor girl off! If you want to ask her a lot of questions, make one that would make her answer all of them at once. For example: Tell me about your childhood, instead of: Where were you born, how many times have you moved, how old were you when you lost your first tooth? See, that one question could have just saved you the breath because she could have answered them all by that one that you asked.

Personally, no, if you do not have a conversation then it sounds like an interview, and you sould just go with the flow, ask and then see if she wants to give you a long answer then you can continue, but do not go question after question and hopefully she'll feel comfortable enough to open up to you. Good luck, be smooth!!!!!!!

Always make her talk to you. You want it to appear that you are interested in what she has to say, even if you are not. I do not know your motives, but your best bet to get on her good side is to find out about her, ask her questions that require more than a yes or no. Good luck to ya.

i think asking alot of questions when you are first meeting somebody or trying to get to know them is a bad thing. you should wait for them to open up and once they do, try to get more info on that subject. asking to many questions can get personal.

You don't want to ask her a lot of questions, but you don't want to talk the whole time. Ask questions that seem relevant to the conversation and the setting.

Yes, as long as you are really interested, and respect if she doesn't want to answer any questions that are to personal as of yet.
