There are different drug regimens that can be used to treat H pylori, if one caused liver enzyme elevations, another regimen might work.
HCV is a separate issue, both need treatment.
My suggestion is that if you are seeing a family doctor or internist, insist on seeing a Gastroenterologist at once. This is not something a non-specialist should be screwing around with.

H Pylori can be battled with Oil of Oregano and or 2 ounces of aloe vera in the morning before you eat. Olive leaf tincture is very beneficial for liver generation in cases as hep C. 1/2 cabage fresh juiced daily is another natural cure with no side effects.

sorry to say, but hcv can cause an issue with the bowel and intestines as a whole.
have you tried antiviral chemotherapy yet?
if not, it might be something to look into.
many of my symptoms from 27 years worth of infection cleared up along with the hcv. the only residual issue i have is brain fog....and the treatment didn't cause it because i had it long long before chemo.

i know hcv sucks...and it even sucks worse when you have bi-directional diseases associated with hcv. i'm surprised your doctor cannot suggest something like diet....reduce meats, increase veggies and fruits. rely on a food diary, you will find what helps improve your symptoms. do not rely on herbal remedies or cure alls, they can further issues with both hcv and h-pylori.

good luck!

I would give the antibiotics another try under the guidance of your doc. If the pain starts again, then let the doc know. Maybe you need to see a specialist.

I have found out that the natural cures are the best. I listen to a radio station AM970- health talk and a lot of people use herbs to cure things that coventional medicine could not cure, sometimes a simple colon cleanse might be the answer. checkout www.roex.com and you could type in your questions there
