Awww come on, maybe he thinks your showing him up. You can't always be the only one to look good. Next time you go to a make-up store but him his own makeup. You should find some toe nail polish that matches well with his eyes. Oh and I know for a fact that gold mascara looks best on dogs! Hehehe. =P

Buy him his own box of beauty supplies. nail polish, clippers, bobby pins, mascara, whatever you can think of. And buy him blue polish if you're sick of the red. but you can't stop his own need for outer beauty.

keep the nail polish out of his reach if it isn't doggy nail polish
[which they do sell] he could get sick. he probably just wants more attention from u and getting into your nailpolish is a way to get it.

well if i was u i would just keep it hight up where he cant get it or your could put them in the refridgerator t keep them fresh well thats what my family members do and i dont think the dog is going to get in there

my, he sounds like trouble! tell him that if he uses your nail polish again, he'll be grounded. or, offer to buy him some of his own, so he stops using yours. and make it a color that suits him better!
