i just need some black or white binders that are 1/2 inch, have a place to put pictures in the front, and are CHEAP! i need 2 know what place it is and how much the binders are. thanx! much appreciated

Depends where you live. I live in California, and Dollar Tree or 99 cents usually have a few good ones. Or, as a last resort, go to Staples and get one. They're very expensive though. Good luck! :D

Office max has them for $1.99 + tax. YOU WANT THE ECONOMY VIEW BINDERS. NOT THE CHEAP ONES WITH NO VIEW. That's dirt cheap. GL

Have you checked the dollar stores in your area? Also check if available, Family dollar, Dollar General and/or Big Lots.
